Picking up your Weekly Share
We only guarantee pickup during the stated hours and the hosts are not obligated to keep bags beyond those times. No credits are issued if you are late picking up. If you think you will be late picking up, please contact us so we can attempt to arrange an alternate pickup.
No Refunds. Share credits will remain in your account for future use.
Our weekly share program is based on prepaid blocks of weeks. Unless you have "auto renewal" enabled in your account, you will need to manually renew. If you do not have automatic renewal enabled, simply decide not to renew. If you do have auto renewal enabled, turn off that option.
You now can renew online by simply choosing the subscription you want and pre-paying with your credit card. We also have an automatic renewal option if you would like to have the system renew you for the same subscription each time your previous subscription runs out.
Putting on Hold
It is easy to manage your account online! If you are going out of town and would like to skip a delivery, you can do so by simply clicking on the calendar day once you are logged into your online account, and select the day you will be away. Then click the HOLD button and choose whether you would like to hold your delivery or donate it. All holds must be placed before 6:00pm the Sunday before your delivery. Unfortunately, we can not take last minute cancellations, but you can opt to have a friend pickup your delivery for you and try us out for a week! If you cannot have a friend pick up your delivery, please contact your host and ask them to donate your bag.
Changes to Order
Want to add extras to your order? Login to your account and add additional addons that may be available. We must receive your request no later than Sunday 6pm, the week of delivery.
OASIS SPRINGS FARM collects information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
- To personalize your experience (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs)
- To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)
- To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
- To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
